The manufacture   Audemars Piguet is created in 1875, in Brassus in la vallée de Joux. It was founded by Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet and is still to this day the oldest watch company that still belongs to the original family's. Audemars Piguet rapidly specializes in the creation of watches with different complications and precise mechanisms. Thus, the brand win trust in the industry through the modernity and technicality of its time pieces. The brand presents its perpetual calendars in 1882, and starts developing internationally. 

As of today, AP is the 10th watchmaker worldwide, selling 33,000 pieces a year with a turnover of over 500 million euros.
