Omega launches a limited edition Speedmaster for 50 years of Apollo 11 landing

On July 20, 1969, the Apollo 11 mission accomplished a feat that marked the history of humanity forever. For the first time men stood and walked on the moon. History will also remember that the astronauts who made up the crew, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins, wore an Omega Speedmaster on their wrists. This mythical watch, nicknamed since Moonwatch, is back in history thanks to this extraordinary mission.

A copy was given to President Nixon, Vice President Spiro Agnew, Mission Astronauts and handpicked NASA personnel.
